Will my insurance cover the treatment?
It will help for you to let us know your insurer, whether it is local or overseas, personal or corporate, so that we can make the necessary checks. We are affiliated with many insurers and are able to assist patients to obtain a Letter-of-Guarantee (LOG) or a Certificate of Pre-Authorisation (CPA). In many cases, patients do not have to pay cash upfront. We also help to coordinate the claims especially for patients who have both personal and corporate insurers.
